Halter-All™ wants you to love your purchase as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, Halter-All™ will accept unworn merchandise with the tags still attached (if applicable) in original packaging within 14 days of the received date for a full refund. We can not refund any shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return unless we were at fault.

Please note that all items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. These products cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Halter-All™ does not refund any shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, without this, you may not be able to confirm that we have received your shipped item.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a Refund Notification via email and the order amount will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post.
All returned items are subject to review. If the item(s) are not returned in their original shipping state a return maybe declined.
Refunds and Claims
The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. We reserve the right to have minor differences in product colors and details. If you have any doubts regarding these details (also regarding embroidery orders), we advise you to contact us directly before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in color do not justify a claim.
The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid will determine whether a worn out product is eligible for refund.
